Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of brand identity systems (logos, typography, color palettes, brand guidelines).
- Ensure consistent brand representation across digital, print, social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Design high-quality creative assets including campaigns, brochures, presentations, social media content, packaging, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Manage and mentor junior designers and creative team members.
- Oversee creative direction for product launches, campaigns, and corporate events.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure alignment with company growth and strategy.
- Conduct brand audits and competitor research to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
